All products sold by HomeGrid carry the full manufacturer warranty. We are an authorized reseller — your warranty is valid and backed directly by the manufacturer.

Generac Warranty Coverage

• Home Standby Generators: 5-year limited warranty
• Portable Generators: 2–3 year limited warranty (varies by model)
• PWRcell Solar & Battery: 10-year warranty on battery modules, 25-year on panels
• Transfer Switches: Matched to generator warranty

Warranty Service

Generac has a nationwide network of authorized service dealers. For warranty service:

2. Provide your model and serial number
3. Generac will dispatch an authorized service technician in your area

HomeGrid sells the equipment. Generac handles warranty service through their certified network.

Register Your Product

Register your generator at generac.com after installation to activate your warranty. Registration requires your model number, serial number, and installation date.
