Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

All orders over $5,000 ship free via freight to the contiguous United States. Orders under $5,000 incur a flat-rate freight shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Delivery Method

Generators and solar equipment ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. All residential deliveries include liftgate service at no extra charge — the driver will lower your equipment to ground level at curbside.

Delivery is curbside only. The carrier does not bring equipment inside your home or garage. You are responsible for moving the unit from the delivery point to its installation location.

Delivery Timeline

• Home standby generators: 5–15 business days
• Portable generators: 3–7 business days
• Solar panels & batteries: 7–21 business days
• EV chargers: 3–7 business days

Timelines are estimates. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations.

Inspect Upon Delivery

Please inspect your shipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging shows visible damage, note it on the receipt and contact us immediately at (317) 608-7376.
