30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened equipment in its original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. This is standard for large equipment and covers freight, inspection, and repackaging costs.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return freight costs. We can arrange freight pickup for an additional fee — contact us for a quote.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.

• Equipment without original packaging
• Custom or special-order items
